Ghana’s Most Beautiful is a beauty pageant TV show that educates Ghanaians and the rest of the world about the country’s sixteen regions’ cultural values and legacy.
TV3 and its media partners are in charge of organizing the event. The pageant program’s goal is to foster growth through culture and unity.
Ekua of the Central Region, who had won the 2019 season, gave up her title to the lovely Naa of the Greater Accra Region in 2020.

Meet the 16 beauty pageant candidates for Ghana’s Most Beautiful in 2021.
- Mfodwo – Bono Region.
Mfodwo is the stage name of Eva Afia Mfodwo. She is 25 years old and works as an administrator. Eva aspires to address the issue of female education, particularly for orphaned girls.
- Dede Greater – Accra Region
21-year-old Greater Accra is represented by Dede. Dede works as a beautician and enjoys cooking, reading, and music. She wants to be a lawyer and wishes to alter the way people think about mental health issues in the Ghana
- Tamah – North East region
Tamah, Margaret Johnbosco’s stage name, is a representative for the North-East Region. She is a student and a 28-year-old cashier. She enjoys reading, singing, dancing, and riding a motorcycle. Tamah is a strong advocate for women’s empowerment.
- Teiya – Northern Region
Representative for the Northern Region Abubakari Hiba, better known by his stage name Teiya, is a 21-year-old UDS student nurse. She enjoys cooking and socializing with her pals. Teiya is passionate about assisting young people in identifying and developing their skills.
- Akua – Ahafo Region
25-year-old Constance Adu Yeboah, better known by her stage name Akua, is an Ahafo-based certified midwife. Akua enjoys reading, swimming, and playing tennis on the lawn. She aspires to reduce Ghana’s terrible maternal mortality rate.
- Akosua – Oti Region
Akosua is the stage name of Beatrice Obiri Nortey, a 26-year-old Property Sales Executive and Oti Region representative. Reading, listening to music, and dancing are three of Akosua’s favorite pastimes. She aspires to be in a position to assist and empower people.
- Esi- Western North Region
Priscilla Esi Nyamekye, better known by her stage as Esi and representing Western North, is a student at Wiawso College of Education. She enjoys conducting studies and watching football. Esi is a strong advocate for the education of girls.
- Afua – Eastern Region
19-year-old Afua, the Eastern Region representative, is a Knutsford University College student. She enjoys reading, singing, and music listening. Afua aspires to use her eventual position as a GMB Queen to combat galamsey.
* Sarfoa – Ashanti Region,
24-year-old Benedicta Sarfoa Asamoah, better known by her stage name Sarfoa, is a research assistant and the Ashanti Region representative. Reading, dancing, acting, and listening to music are some of Sarfoa’s favorite pastimes. She aspires to overhaul the country’s rehabilitation system.
- Teroo – Upper West Region
Dora Mwinteroo Diyuoh, better known by her stage name Teroo, is a 26-year-old nurse who represents the Upper West Region. She enjoys writing, speaking, and performing. Teroo hopes to be a lawyer, a creative writer, and a maternal health advocate.
- Nana – Bono East Region
20-year-old Nana is a stage name for Nana Akua Aduofuaa. Nana is a Bono East Representative and a KNUST undergraduate French student. Nana is a voracious reader who enjoys learning new languages. She wants to be Ghana’s top French teacher.
- Manu – Western Region
22-year-old Manu is a stage name for Juliana Akosua. Manu is a Ghana Revenue Authority service worker and Western Region representative. Manu has a passion for acting, cooking, and singing. She wants to raise menstrual health awareness.
- Wedaga-Upper East Region
Wedaga, a 21-year-old student from the Upper East Region, was born Princess Wedaga Ayongo. Wedaga enjoys reading and arguing, and she is committed to reducing teen pregnancy in society through comprehensive sex education.
- Arama – Savannah Region
Juliana Arama Sulemana, better known by her stage name Arama, is a 27-year-old Savannah Region representative and service personnel. Arama enjoys reading, traveling.
- Setor-Volta Region.
Setor Abra Norgbe, a 28-year-old medical doctor, is the Volta Region’s representative. She enjoys reading, writing, dancing, and music listening. Setor wishes to be a multidimensional doctor, as well as an icon and role model for young women.
- Kwansema – Central Region
Edith Arthur, also known as Kwansema, is a 20-year-old Central Region representative. She enjoys singing, acting, and performing the spoken word. Kwansema wants to help her community combat teen pregnancies and drug misuse, and she aspires to be a successful businesswoman.
