Ukraine: Sad video of a father saying goodbye to his daughter as she is being taken to safety will break your heart
A video on the internet could be described as the saddest because it shows a father having to part ways with his daughter due to Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine, signaling a significant escalation in the ongoing Russo-Ukrainian War.
The campaign was preceded by Russia’s long-term military buildup, which began in early 2021, as well as Russian demands that Ukraine should be legally barred from joining NATO.
In the video, the father attempts to console his daughter but bursts into tears. The current situation in some Ukrainian cities has made it unavoidable for families to split up for safety.
Russian airstrikes have destroyed 74 ground sites belonging to Ukraine’s military.
