The moment a man was arrested with a woman’s head in a plastic bag is captured in a horrific video circulating online.
To uncover the woman’s severed head, the man was obliged to remove the contents of the bag.
Photos purporting to show the woman who was beheaded have also surfaced on the internet. It depicts her with the same hairdo as the decapitated head.
