Tiwa Savage, a well-known Nigerian singer, has been awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.
On July 15, 2022, Ms. Savage, who is now Dr. Savage, received her diploma.
The Afrobeats artist, who graduated from Kent University, was awarded a Doctor of Music in honor of her illustrious and extensive musical career.
The singer graduated from the University of Kent with a Business Administration degree before being awarded a scholarship to study music at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, in the United States.
