Fast-rising Ghanaian highlife singer Fameye has disclosed that raper Sarkodie needs to leave award to the young artists like himself.
according to Fameye in an interview on TV3 when speaking about VGMA. Sarkodie has many awards and does not need more hence he should sit back for the budding artists to also use the opportunity to win awards.
Fameye said;
“Sarkodie has won many awards and I don’t think there is a need for him to win more. He has to leave it for young artists like us to win. I admire him a lot and I think it’s about time he goes on leave in terms of winning awards”.
when speaking on the catigory he wish in this years VGMA, Fameye said;
” I think I deserve discovery of the year and Artiste of the year award because I have come far and I have worked hard within the short period of time in the music Industry”
