Fameye: I’m Being Tagged “Poverty Ambassador” Because Of “Nothing I Get”
Ghanaian musician Fameye has disclosed that he is constantly being tagged as an ambassador for poverty due to the kind of words he uses in his songs, most especially his ‘Nothing I Get’ hit song.
the musician who has on multiple occasions stated he gets most of his inspirations from his past life said people keep on pressing this poverty tag on him as they claim his song suggests he is broke to the last tune.
Fameye Made this revelation during his new “Greater Than” album listening session, where he gave a brief talk about his challenges and a summary of what is expected in the album.
Speaking on his favorite track on this album, the artiste – who came to limelight through MTN hitmaker – said it is “Fly Away” and according to him the song entirely speaks about his whole life and what he has been through growing up as a young man with no parent.
Fameye finaly hinted that he will also be holding a virtual concert on the 28th September, 2020.
The “Greater than” album features big names such as Manifest, KiDi, Bisa Kdei, and others and will officially be released on September 11, 2020, this day also doubles as his birthday.
