A lady who sells ice kenkey was not happy with her boyfriend. She took him to a radio show called Oyerepa Afutuo on Oyerepa FM. The show is hosted by Aunty Naa. The lady said her boyfriend cheated her.
According to the lady, her boyfriend did something bad. He convinced her to take all her money out of the bank. He said he knew a man who could make him rich quickly. The man was a fake mallam from Techiman.
At first, the lady gave her boyfriend Ghc 700. He promised to pay her back. But then he asked for more money. He said the mallam needed Ghc 2,300. The lady gave him the money. The next week, the boyfriend said the mallam wanted even more money.
He needed a total of Ghc 5,000. The lady had no more money in her account. So the boyfriend asked her to borrow Ghc 2,000 from her sister’s husband. He promised to pay it back in two weeks. But the mallam was a fake. He didn’t make the boyfriend rich. Now the lady wants her money back.
