The blackstars had a disappointing campaign in Egypt and there have countless reports saying that some of the players were involved with prostitutes.
It is widely alleged that Thomas partey had an affair with one lady called Gifty who stormed the blackstar camp at their base in Dubai and was banned by the authorities.

When they went to the Afcon in Eygpt , Giifty was seen many times with the blackstar players and mostly wearing the jersey with Number 5 on it.
