Cina Soul, a phenomenal singer and songwriter, has increased the cost of performance tickets as a result of the deteriorating state of the economy in Ghana.
The singer asserts that she has made the decision to increase the amount that she charges for each performance because her business partners have also opted to increase their prices.
Cina Soul made these comments in an interview with DJ Reuben that was broadcast on Luv FM in Kumasi.
“the economy is becoming harsh thus you need more money.” I mean, what can you purchase if you don’t have a lot of money and everything is so expensive?
“The money I earn now is sufficient, but I would want to increase it via hard effort. “Times are tough right now,” Cina Soul lamented.
She also stated that she has been forced to increase her charge for each concert because the professionals that she hires, such as her make-up artists and hairstylists, are rising their fees to keep up with demand.
“It’s clear that I need to raise my prices since everyone I do business with has recently done so. She said, “Everyone is raising their pricing, therefore I have to raise my performance fees to cover the increase in costs.”
