In a tragic turn of events, a woman who divorced her husband months ago to marry another man was murdered by the new husband barely six months into the marriage, for reasons that will astound you.
Shortly after Annah Awujo returned from a relative’s funeral, her husband, Arorwa Otube, is believed to have murdered her.
The pair got into a furious disagreement when she returned from the burial, and the male killed her before departing.
“When she returned, they had a heated argument. An allegation of infidelity is believed to have inspired the murder. Domestic abuse was prevalent throughout their relationship.

The incident has prompted police to initiate an inquiry.
