Imoro Sherif, the young soldier who was brutally killed by an alleged anonymous gang in Ashaiman, has been finally laid to rest.
The young soldier from Sunyani Soldier Barracks came to complete a training at 37 military hospitals and was not feeling well, so he went to his mother’s house in Ashaiman Taifa.
He didn’t get to see his mother’s face because the callous gang assaulted him and left him dead in a pool of blood.
He was buried on March 9, 2023, after being sent to one of the 37 military hospitals for an autopsy.
He was laid to rest in the new military cemetery at Burma Camp, surrounded by family, loved ones, Soldiers, and supporters.
