The long-awaited trial of Medikal and Shatta Wale has arrived, and while the pair has been granted bail, as most of us hoped, Fella Makafui’s joy tells more.
Medikal’s wife, Fella Makafui, considers Shatta Wale to be her son, so having both her husband and son back home on bail after only a few days in prison is unfathomable, and the joy on her face says it all.
She was there to support her husband and son when they came at court and when they were given bail; you could see she was just as pleased as the rest of us, even though she was wearing a nose mask.
Medikal was arrested for brandishing a gun on social media and was granted bail today, so we will have to wait until the day of judgment to find out whether he will be imprisoned or released.
