Video: Ghanaians are poor because they like cursing – Bishop Adjagurajah

Bishop advises moms to be cautious of declarations made about their children.

Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, leader of the Adjargurajah organization, claims that one of the reasons Africans are poor is their propensity to invoke curses at will.

In an interview with Oman Channel regarding the impact of curses, the controversial church leader stated that the act of cursing is mostly responsible for Africa’s poverty.

“Cursing is the source of Africa’s suffering, yet poor people like cursing.” He explained, “Rich people don’t have time to lay curses,”

He underlined that many times, African children experience difficulties in life as a result of pronouncements made on their behalf by their own parents.

“A wealthy woman does not curse her children; only the poor warn their children that they will suffer in life.” “You have a woman telling their child that they would be nothing like their fathers, and these youngsters grow up and endure the same destiny as their fathers,” he said.

The prophet went on to say that the curse of mothers has a lot of weight and so urged women to be wary about declarations they make about their children since it will harm them in many facets of life, including marriage.
