Ifeanyi reportedly drowned in the pool that belonged to his family in Lagos, and he remained submerged for an undetermined amount of time before he was found.
Late on Monday night, actress Eniola Badmus broke the heartbreaking news on social media that the singer’s son had died. However, it was removed quickly.
Meanwhile, eight people who were in the musician’s home at the time of the tragic incident have been detained as potential witnesses.
On November 1, instablog9ja, a popular Nigerian news outlet, reported on Instagram that the boy’s nanny, cook, and other household staff had been arrested.
