Serwaa Amihere of GHone has had netizens talking about why she turned down a 20k offer to stay home from December 17th to January 10th, claiming that the money was too tiny for such a commitment from her.
DBlack, the entertainment minister, asked on Twitter if anybody would be willing to stay home from December 17th to January 10th for GH20,000, and the responses from tweeps were incredible.
Serwaa Amihere entered the debate on Twitter but later refused the money, claiming it was too small for her to make such a commitment to stay indoors for so long simply for GH20k, implying she would not do so.
Serwaa Amihere did not give an explanation for her response, but we believe she would earn more than the 20k promised if she went out to work, so why make such a significant sacrifice for 20k when she could earn more if she went out?
