Tears Flow As Posters Of Appiatse Disaster Victims Surfaces, Including a 15-Month-Old Baby

The entire country was shaken by reports that a truck carrying explosives exploded in the heart of a mining town, causing unimaginable damage.

The disaster’s news spread across the country, taking many lives and inflicting various degrees of injury on those who survived.

A fifteen [15] month old baby and other loved ones were among those who died.

After their posters and state burial with its funeral arrangements surfaced on social media [Facebook], many people were moved to tears.

Their funeral will be held on March 11, 2022, at the Appiatse town park, where they will be laid to rest before being buried at the Appiatse town cemetery.

One of the heartbreaking posters is that of the neonate, who is only fifteen [15] months old, as well as the 19-year-old boy.

The state will be in charge of their burial, while compensation will be given to the families of those who died in the mining company’s truck.

May their souls rest in peace.
