Gregory Bortey Newman, commonly known as King Promise, a Ghanaian music sensation, has stated that prizes are not his primary ambition. His top objective is to create amazing music for his audience.
In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, the ‘Terminator’ singer stated that he believes in making good music and that winning accolades is a plus. He’s overjoyed with how well “Terminator” has performed and the attention it’s received.
“I appreciate everything Terminator has done over the years.” “The magic Terminator is performing is mind-boggling, and I am grateful to everyone who contributed to the song becoming what it is today,” he stated.
“Well, I’ve always said that I stand for good songs, not necessarily awards.” “I had no awards a few years ago, but I still gave Ghanaians good music,” he recalled.
He couldn’t exactly describe how he creates hit songs when questioned. He simply believes in being himself and creating music that he enjoys, and he feels that his followers will enjoy it as well.
“I’ve always believed in making good music, not just winning awards,” he remarked. I was making good music for Ghanaians even before I had any honors. My music is unique and comes from the bottom of my heart. I want to be renowned for creating authentic music, so I’m picky about the tunes I release.”
King Promise went on to say that he is really enthusiastic about music and cannot see doing anything else. Music is his passion, and he wants his followers to know he’s only getting started.
“My passion for music is always insane, so you’d always find me in the studio working on something.” Music picked me, which explains my irrational love for it. “There is nothing else on my mind right now except music, and I want to tell my fans that I am just getting started,” he stated.
