Just two weeks after her marriage, Muniratu Moro, 32, was discovered dead in the room of the first wife of her husband.
On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the young woman was discovered dead in the room of the first wife, suffering from cuts to her throat and thigh.
The family of Muniratu Moro believes there was foul play since it appeared she was carried into the first wife’s room and ki!lled.
She has been married for only two weeks.
When the family of Muniratu Moro’s husband went to the morgue to ask that her body be buried, her family insisted on an autopsy and a thorough police investigation first.
Hon. Yussif Jajah, a member of parliament for Ayawaso East, has urged calm, but he has also urged the police to crack this case and find the offenders.
