Ruth James, as she is identified on Facebook, has sparked dread and panic among her male Facebook friends she has had an intimate relationship with.
Ruth issued threats on her Facebook page, which has put fear in most of her male friends as we reported earlier.
“I want to expose everyone I have given HIV,” she wrote.
Ruth has followed through on her promise, as evidenced by a new post on her Twitter profile, which includes photographs of the guys she has slept with.
Mike Sonko, a former Nairobi governor, also shared the image of the men Ruth is said to have infected and encouraged them to start taking ARVs.
