A mother who had recently lost her husband told how her SHS son had lost his hand over Ghs 10 in tragic news that has definitely sparked massive discussion, and disputes across all social media platforms.
Oheneba TV recently interviewed the Second Year Senior High School student who had his hand amputated because he owed Ghs 10 and used the opportunity to tell his story and plead with Ghanaians to save him.
In the words of the SHS 2 student, the man who unexpectedly caught off his hand initially intended to cut off his head, but he attempted to stop the knife, causing damage to his hand.
The victim’s mother reported that her son had bled severely and lost a lot of blood after the wicked man chopped off his hand. She rushed her son to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for treatment after the tragic incident.
According to the woman, the doctors were unable to save her son’s hand and afterward demanded Ghs 2,300, which the family could not pay, as a result of which the damaged hand was amputated.
