Nana Ama McBrown continues to discuss her pregnancy. After spending a lot of time attempting to motivate other women, Nana Ama McBrown welcomed her first child at the age of 41.
In an interview with Naa Ashorkor on We Got This Africa, the award-winning actress revealed novel portions of her journey.
Nana Ama wanted a kid because she saw her friends having one every day and envied them, but she gave up and focused on her career.
“I’ve always desired a kid since I was 23, more than 20 years ago, before I began my job,” she told Naa Ashorkor.
Nana Ama McBrown revealed that she got pregnant without having sex.
Following two IVF operations, the award-winning actress claimed in a recent interview with Naa Ashorkor that her pregnancy went smoothly and without any issues.
“My pregnancy went well, No response, no vomiting, I slept, ate, everything. I stopped having sex, began researching what to eat, when to sleep, and it wasn’t about me anymore” she said to Naa Ashorkor.
“He was ready for any news,” she said of her husband’s response. He witnessed my procedures, anxiousness, and was ready for any news. He hoped I’d become pregnant since he knew it would make me happy.
“When I informed him I was pregnant, he said I was lying. I had to email him photos of the outcomes to convince him. He phoned and went home early. When he got home, he was excited, but i informed him they wouldn’t have sex during this period.” Mcbrown added.
