“Most Ghanaian Nurses lack respect and compassion”- Kennedy Agyapong (video)
Kennedy Agyapong, a Ghanaian congressman and businessman, has slammed Ghanaian nurses for their bad job ethics.
The maverick politician said in an interview on his NET 2 TV that nurses in Ghanaian government hospitals lack respect. They have terrible personalities, he claims.
The nurses, according to the MP for Assin Central, insults patients and neglect them instead of caring for them.
Kennedy Agyapong singled out nurses at the Korle-Bu teaching hospital’s emergency department, saying they are the worst. He went on to say that they are evil and devoid of human compassion.
He described how he went to Korle-Bu to assist them with supplies and ended up berating one of the nurses about the way he talked to the hospital’s doctor.
If the same behavior was shown internationally, most hospitals may have been locked, according to the politician.
