Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the founder and president of LoveWorld Incorporated, commonly known as Christ Embassy, which is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
He married Anita Ebhodaghe in 1991, and the couple had two kids. Anita Ebodaghe filed for divorce at London’s Central Family Court on April 9, 2014.
Following their divorce, they agreed to split custody of their two children. After 25 years of marriage, they split in February 2016 due to “Unreasonable Behavior”.
Carissa Sharon, the first daughter of a well-known Nigerian televangelist, is married to Philip Frimpong, a prominent Ghanaian African arts entrepreneur.
The couple married in Lagos, Nigeria, in what was dubbed “the biggest wedding Nigeria had ever seen.”
Their engagement, which happened a little over a year ago, stunned Loveworld’s social media fans.
Pastor Chris’s daughter responded to Frimpong’s very romantic proposal by posting her incredibly emotional confession of love on Instagram.
On Thursday, April 29 of this year, the couple welcomed their first child. The delighted father posted a picture of the newborn girl’s hand on his Instagram feed.
Frimpong captioned the photo with the newborn girl’s name, Arielle Rachell-Marisse Frimpong. Arielle Frimpong’s birth was also publicized on Pastor Chris’ Christ Embassy church’s official Facebook page not long ago.
The caption on their post read: “Arielle Rachelle- Marise, my beautiful baby granddaughter, has brought me so much joy. We are all praising the Lord for His precious gift and kindness to Sharon and Phil, the newborn’s parents. God be praised. “
