Man whose fees was paid in full by Vice President Bawumia becomes lawyer – Photos
Akbar Yussif Rohullah Khomeini, a lawyer among those who were called to the bar from the Ghana School of Law, has ‘exposed’ a benevolent act Vice President Dr. Mahammudu Bawumia as he recounts how he helped him through Law School.
Akbar Yussif who is now a full lawyer took to social media to reveal how his fees were paid in full by Dr. Bawumia who also ensured that he had enough money for his upkeep in the school.
The lawyer who was recently called to the Ghana Bar also revealed that even when he had money to pay for the fees by himself, Dr. Bawumia asked him to save up the money and find some other use for it.
He however expressed his gratitude to the Vice President for his generosity. In a post he shared on Facebook with the vice president, Akbar wrote;
“The man who made it possible! He paid ALL THE FEES from the faculty to Makola and provided ALL THE CHOP MONEY. When I requested to pay the final fees for PART 2 at Makola, he remarked “Use the money for something else, I want to pay for you. Unbelievable generosity! Sir, I am eternally grateful, and may Allah grant you the best of His gifts!”
