Naina Singh, who was seen in Kumkum Bhagya as Rhea Mehra (Pragya (Abhi’s wife), has stated that she has a crush on onscreen husband Shabir Ahluwalia. Shabir plays the role of Abhi.

“Oh my God. I had a crush on Shabir and my mother also had a crush on him. I was so scared and told my mother about it. I remember the first scene with him in Kumkum Bhagya. It was with the entire Mehra family. I had to come down the stairs and tell him ‘Mera gift Kaha hai’. said, Naina Singh.

Even the director started wondering what happened. I drank water so many times. Shabir then told me, ‘It’s ok. I am looking another way, you say your dialogue’. For a very long time, he would close his eyes because I couldn’t say my dialogues. For me, it would be very difficult.”

She revealed this in an interview where she opened up on the matters that lea to her sudden exit from the Kumkum Bhagya crew. according to her, she decided to quit in August because she felt her negative character was getting monotonous and was also missing out on many good opportunities.
