Hajia Bintu, a Ghanaian social media influencer, and TikTok star has finally addressed the uproar surrounding her $150,000 Mercedes-Benz GLC63 purchase.
A fellow Ghanaian guy, Agyemang Dua, who questioned her capacity to buy the luxurious automobile, had called out the curvaceous star, who rose to popularity in 2021.
“$150,000 is ghc1,650,000 at a rate of ghc11 to a dollar. If she makes ghc6,875 per month in Snapchat deals that will be ghc82,500 per year. Divide ghc1,650,000 by 82,500 and it will take her 20 years to buy the $150,000 vehicle at an exchange rate of ghc11. Anyway I believe her.”- Agyemang wrote
In response, the TikTok singer said that the automobile was hers and that she had not borrowed money to purchase it.
Hajia Bintu also addressed reports concerning the location of her Jaguar SUV during the conversation. She confessed that she had traded it in for the new Mercedes-Benz and that she now owned it.
Delores Frimpong-Manso, the presenter of the Delay Show, asked Hajia Bintu to be careful and not allow automobile ownership to become a subject of contention in the future.
The influencer promised her that she had all of the required documentation to verify that the automobile was hers and that she would not allow anyone else to claim it.
Hajia Bintu’s meteoric journey to prominence has been nothing short of astounding. With a big following on TikTok and Instagram, the former Peduase Valley Resort waiter has become one of Ghana’s most prominent social media stars.
