“It is not true, none of our nurses have turned into a crocodile”- Tafo Government Hospital in Kumasi reacts to viral reports.
The Tafo Government Hospital in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, has responded to viral rumors that one of their nurses had turned into a crocodile and swallowed a colleague, as reported by many online news portals.
A student nurse was dispatched by the pregnant nurse to get her gari and beans according to the reports.
When the student returned from her errand, the pregnant nurse insulted her for taking so long and refusing to follow simple directions.
This enraged the student nurse, who transformed into a crocodile and attacked her right away.
The hospital, however, disputed the ‘cock and bull tale’ in a statement signed by Dr Kwame Agyeman, and has advised Ghanaians to treat the coverage with the contempt it deserves.
