“It is easier for you to have female friends because you are married”- Delay Tells Okyeame Kwame

Deloris Frimpong Manso has expressed her unhappiness with the perception established in the minds of people whenever a woman befriends a man in Ghana.

This comes after she published an image on social media depicting an incredible experience she shared with musician Amerado. Following the rapper’s revelation on the Delay Show that the host could one day be his wife, the two were observed in many videos locked in love, sparking dating speculations on social media.

"It is easier for you to have female friends because you are married"- Delay Tells Okyeame Kwame

Delay has denied reports made on social media that she is having an intimate relationship with Amerado, stating he is simply a friend. However, as Delay previously stated, a man and a woman cannot be friends in Ghana due to the bad inferences that would be made about them.

Okyeame Kwame responded to Delay’s submissions by suggesting that a woman can be friends with a man if he has known her for 12 years.

Dealy responded quickly, stating that having a married man like Okyeame Kwame as a friend is easier since people will never assume they are in an intimate connection, but the same cannot be said for a man who is not married yet, such as Amerada.
