After a young mother, Sheila Nelson, posted a video of her twin daughters on Tiktok to honor and celebrate the birthday of her twins, the video has been met with a variety of responses.
The video that was shared demonstrated how the lovely girls went from being cute little babies to the confident young ladies that they are today at the age of 17 years old.
Sheila said that she became pregnant when she was 16 years old and was put under intense pressure to abort the pregnancy. She, on the other hand, was against the idea of having an abortion and insisted on keeping the baby no matter what.
Sheila reported that it was a challenging endeavor because she had been turned down by a great number of individuals, including her own father. But now, 17 years later, the product of her labor has stunned people all over the internet because the girls have grown up.
She said: “In my heart, you have given me so many things to be proud of, but the proudest moment is telling the whole world that you are my kids.”
The young mother has encouraged other people to take a stand against abortion by stating that she is in a much better place in her life since she did not have one.
Sheila has been praised for being able to resist all pressures to have abortions, which she did successfully.
