“I charge Ghc 650 for every haircut”- Female Dentist Doctor now turns full-time barber in Denmark

Georgina, a Ghanaian living in Denmark who quit her job as a dental hygienist to start her own business, reveals that she charges GH650 for one haircut in Copenhagen.

She moved to Denmark with her parents when she was nine years old and has lived there for the past 31 years.

Georgina revealed in an interview with blogger Zionfelix that her job as a dental hygienist was lucrative, but she wanted to branch out into a new field.

Georgina began her new venture as a hobby and later decided to make it a career. She recalled braiding the hair of family members and churchgoers when she was 14 years old.

The mother of four has successfully established herself in her industry while balancing her work and raising her children.

Despite her complaints about the cold weather, Georgina stated that life in Denmark is good.

For the past 16 years, the daring Ghanaian entrepreneur has been running her business on her own.

“I do my own barbering and weaving,” she explained.
