Afronitaaa, the renowned dancer, recently made a surprising revelation – she has never been in a romantic relationship and has no intentions of pursuing one in the near future. According to her, her interactions with the opposite sex have never led to romantic involvement because being in a relationship is not among her topmost priorities. She firmly stated that it is the last thing on her mind at the moment.
In an interview on The Delay Show aired on July 23, 2023, Afronitaaa shared, “I’ve had talking stages but I’ve not dated before. Right now, I feel I have plenty of things to do. I’m actually young.” It is clear that she is focused on other aspects of her life and is not interested in committing to a romantic relationship at this point.
Despite her dedication to dance, Afronitaaa emphasizes that it has not affected her academic performance. In fact, she has excelled in her studies. The 19-year-old dancer completed Senior High School with flying colors, achieving six As and two Bs in the West African Senior School Certificate Exams (WASSCE). Her excellent academic performance continues as she pursues her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Ghana.
Afronitaaa attended Wesley Girls High School, where she studied Business. She mentions that the double-track system allowed her to conveniently pursue her passion for dance during her free time. While she did dance during entertainment events in school, she eventually stopped as she did not enjoy too much attention. However, Afronitaaa continues to dance outside of school and attends vacation classes to further enhance her skills.
Looking ahead, Afronitaaa has set clear goals for herself. She aspires to become a financial controller in her later years while still pursuing her love for dance. She believes that even as she grows older, starts a family, and faces various responsibilities, she can still balance her career and passion.
