#Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central Employs Thousands Using Commonsense

In a recent campaign stop in the Bono East Region, Kennedy Agyapong, the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, made a bold statement about his approach to employment. He proudly revealed that he currently employs over 7,000 workers in his various companies, all thanks to his commonsense approach rather than relying on big English or degrees.

Agyapong emphasized the need for a business person to take on the role of President, as he believes Ghanaians are tired of lawyers and economists who speak in a complicated language and hold prestigious degrees but fail to effectively lead the country forward. He expressed his frustration with the lack of progress and asserted that it is time for a change.

“We have had enough of the big English and the Degrees that is not taking this country anywhere. I am telling you we can run Ghana with Assin Dompem’s home sense. We have tried the lawyers and the others, it is time to try a Businessman too” He said.

Drawing attention to his own business ventures, the MP shared details about the number of individuals he employs. Agyapong disclosed that his steel plant alone provides jobs for 1,000 individuals at a time. He further revealed the salary disparities within his workforce, stating that employees without degrees earn Ghs150 per day, surpassing the earnings of Ken City Media personnel with degrees. These laborers make over 4,000 in a month, while their counterparts take home only 2,500 after taxes.

With the upcoming NPP flagbearer election in November, Agyapong urged delegates to vote for him, assuring them that he will represent their interests. He confidently claimed that he would defeat Mahama, even gaining support from members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

In conclusion, Kennedy Agyapong, the MP for Assin Central, has highlighted his successful employment of over 7,000 workers using commonsense rather than relying on big English or degrees. With his campaign focused on introducing a business person as President, Agyapong aims to bring a fresh perspective to Ghanaian politics and drive the country forward.
