According to a post on Angel FM’s official Facebook page, they are indirectly criticizing Media General for signing Captain Smart just days after he left them.
Captain Smart’s name has been in the headlines after his CEO, Dr. Oteng, suspended him last month for reportedly insulting Akufo-Addo and the IGP.
The veteran broadcaster has inked a new deal with Media General three days after his suspension was lifted.
After the news went viral, Angel FM posted images of their former employee at the TV3 studio on their Facebook page.
Their actions have sparked speculation as to whether they are teasing Media General for taking their employee from under their noses, or if they are congratulating Captain Smart on his new contract.
