A Nigerian man has shared the unsettling message he received from his sister, who supposedly left home after being promised a better life by someone.
According to @tunde ogundepo on Twitter, his sister left home on Tuesday, March 1 for an unidentified place on the promise of a better life in another nation.
He claimed that his sister told a friend that she was kidnapped and forced to take an oath in Osun state.
In a message to his sister, she stated that she is unable to leave the location where she was abducted because she would either die or go insane if she did.
The young man is appealing to netizens in Osun state to assist him in finding his sister.
He penned,
“My sister “Barakat, left home for an unknown destination on Tue. The 1st of March 2022, without informing anyone, because someone promised her a better life in another country. She told her friend she was taken to osun to take an oath. Please RT if you’re in Osun and help us locate her🙏😭”
