Lawyers for Kwaku Darlington threaten Ikon with court action if they don’t retract and apologize for song theft claims.

Kweku Darlington’s lawyers have issued a cease and desist order against Ikon for allegedly stealing his songs.

The rapper’s “sika kankan” single, which he released a few days ago, was making waves until he was accused of stealing the song by Ikon, an up-and-coming musician.

Kweku Darlington’s lawyers believe that none of the allegations leveled against their client by the underground rapper are accurate.

Darlington’s management, represented by Onesimos Barimah Osei, published a statement saying the disputed song is his and he owns the copyright to it.

Ikon and his management were also ordered by the lawyers to remove any defamatory content posted on social media in connection with the song theft saga, as well as to stop claiming ownership of the disputed tune.

According to the statement, Ikon and his management can either comply or face Darlington’s lawyers in court.
