Popular Ghanaian artiste noted for his Fante assent Martin King Arthur aka Kofi Kinaata is one of Ghana’s favourite and seems to be among artiste loved by the aged in the country based on the kind of songs he delivers.
He was born and raised in Effiakuma to a family with a poor background. Just after High school, Kofi Kinaata was the 1st runner up for the Melody FM Kasahari Battle in 2009 but he caught the attention of Ghanaian in 2013 where he featured in a song dubbed “Odo Pa” with the late musician Castro and Asamoah Gyan.
In February 2020, he won the Hybrid song of the year at the Ghana National Gospel Music Awards 2019. His current song making trend is the “Things Fall Apart” which he released in 2019. An upcoming artiste later came out to claim the concept of the song was his.
