Kelvynboy has come out hard on the organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (Charterhouse) after what he sees as being cheated – leading to him bailing on the event that night.
Taking to social media, the dance hall artiste – who was denied the award of ‘Afrobeats Song of the Year’ – shared a photo of himself and said he’s a king and nobody can do anything to change that.
“I watch, smile, and laugh because they don’t know. THE KING IS HERE AND YOU CAN NEVER CHANGE THAT. #AFROBEATSBADMAN 🦍#BLACKSTAR ★” Kelvynboy wrote.
VGMAs is always full of drama and this year’s drama came from the camp of the dance hall artist Kelvynboy who walked out angrily over losing ‘Afrobeats Song of the Year Award’ to Dope Nation.
A couple of years ago, the same incident happened as Patapaa came out angry that he had been cheated and fired Charterhouse for losing the popular song awards to Fancy Gadam.
Last year, it was ShattaWale and Stonebwoy nearly killing each other. More dramas are yet to come the subsequent years ahead.
