Nicholas Osei, also known as Kumchacha, has disclosed why he believes some famous preachers in Ghana are avoiding the LGBTQ+ discussion.
According to him, the majority of God’s warriors are scared of being denied visas if they openly criticize the deed.
The famous preacher stated on Asempa FM’s Ladies Time that the “LGBTQ+ movement is a curse, and the reason some of them [pastors] cannot talk about it is that they don’t want travel bans.”
During the Vice President of the United States tour to Ghana, She encouraged the nation to accept “equality” and support the rights of gays.
However, Prophet Kumchacha objected to Kamila Harris’ choice to promote the LGBTQ+ cause in Ghana.
He couldn’t understand why she would marry a guy and urge others to go against nature.
“She is married to a man so why is she advocating for Africans to do that? Why should you bring such laws here? Uganda’s President has been able to stop LGBTQ+ and they are not accepting it.”
Kumchacha went on to question why President Akufo-Addo hasn’t taken the risk of telling the Western world that LGBTQ+ people are foreign to Ghanaians.
“Why is Akufo-Addo not able to come clear on air? Why can’t he deny it bravely? President Mills was able to say it.” he fumed.
Prophet Kumchacha believes President Akufo-Addo will be unable to take a position due to his desire for financial help from the United States.
“It might be due to some financial aid he is after. He [Akufo-Addo] thinks if he goes against it there is no way they will give him money” he bemoaned.
