A MARRIED LAW STUDENT who is also a police officer was discovered naked on the bed of her lover in Domboshava on Tuesday night by her husband.
H-Metro was the only witness to the drama.
Spiwe Chawanda, a law student at the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) and a police officer at Chiwaridzo Police Station in Bindura, was exposed by her lover, Leo Mandaza.
Nelson Gomondo, her husband, intercepted his love messages.
After the two men discussed the affair and the text messages surfaced, they devised a plan to trap Spiwe, believing she had betrayed both of them.
Spiwe, according to Leo, convinced him that she was single despite the fact that the two had been in a relationship for over a year.
A trap was set, and Leo informed Gomondo that Spiwe would spend the night at his home in Domboshawa.

He left the door unlocked so that Gomondo could enter.
Spiwe begged H-Metro for forgiveness and offered a residential stand in Bindura in exchange for the story being spiked.
She told H-Metro that she was retaliating because Gomondo had twice impregnated her younger sister six years ago.
“I have lost respect for Gomondo because he forced my younger sister to abort two pregnancies six years ago,” Spiwe said.
“Zvemurume uyu ini handichada saka ndakazodanana na Leo,” he says.
“We live together, and he supports the children; to be honest, I no longer have feelings for him” (Gomondo).
“I’m not sure how he found out I was here, but ini handichada nezvake.”
Leo claimed that he exposed Spiwe out of rage.
“I’ve been dating this woman for a year and two months, and some of my relatives are aware of it,” Leo explained.
“She told me she had separated from her husband and that she would come to my house and sleep here on several occasions.”
“I used to be married, but I divorced my wife in 2014 after discovering she was having an affair with another man.” That incident had an emotional impact on me.
“When I found out that Spiwe was Gomondo’s wife, I agreed to expose this out of rage.”
“I understand how it feels to be cheated by a wife, which is why I told Gomondo about Spiwe’s visit to my house.”
Gomondo admitted to impregnating Spiwe’s younger sister, Jane, and forcing her to have two abortions.
“It happened, but it’s not a reason for her to abandon her children and come here to sleep with another man,” Gomondo explained.
“She had been attending her law lectures at UZ, and her family assumed she was sleeping on campus, unaware that she was involved in this adultery.”
“She has sold her dignity, she has destroyed our marriage, I discovered their love messages and decided to reason with Leo, which resulted in all of this.”
“I want to thank God for exposing this, as well as Leo for assisting me in catching her red-handed.”
A meeting between Gomondo, Spiwe, and Leo lasted until midnight.
They had gathered on Leo’s bed.
Her Toyota Harrier was parked in front of Leo’s house.
Spiwe is well-known in Mashonaland Central Province for his volleyball skills.
