A bus driver who decided to operate his enormous vehicle on Ghana’s treacherous roads with his feet has stirred uproar online.
A video posted on social media shows the driver with his foot on the steering wheel as he speeds down the road with other automobiles.
Meanwhile, he had himself recorded seeming very delighted with his ‘antics,’ while a coworker seated next to him appeared to be equally glad that his life was being jeopardized so recklessly.
After the video went viral, outraged Ghanaians demanded that the driver be imprisoned for recklessly endangering the lives of others.
“The level to which people delude themselves for the sake of this country is very serious.” What he’s doing is unacceptable, yet it’s being recorded and disseminated on social media? “He’ll be arrested soon for questioning,” one enraged netizen said after seeing the footage.
“The unfortunate thing is that if you are cautious while driving, the fool will ram into you and a life-threatening accident will occur.” @GhPoliceService Please discover and apprehend this individual,” another netizen commented.
