“Oral 𝓈ḕ𝓍 is the leading cause of throat cancer in Ghana” – health expert reveals
According to a report by Atinka TV, a Ghanaian health expert has stated that oral sex offers a significant risk to practitioners since it increases the risk of throat cancer.
Dr. Kenneth Baidoo, an otolaryngologist, proposed this notion, claiming that the younger generation is more vulnerable to throat cancer as a result of oral sex.
Dr. Baidoo remarked in an interview with Atinka TV that the younger generation is more exposed to throat cancer as a result of oral sex.
Oral sex involves stimulating a sex partner’s penis (fellatio), vagina (cunnilingus), or anus (anilingus) with the mouth, lips, or tongue. The genitals or genital area refers to the penis and testicles, as well as the vagina and the area around the vagina.
According to Dr. Baidoo, the younger generations between the ages of 30 and 40 are more likely to engage in oral sex and develop throat cancer, and the gap narrows with the widespread use of oral sex among them.
”A lot of individuals are coming in with throat cancer, cancer of the throat,” he explained. According to the Otolaryngologist, rimming and blow jobs are just two of the various ways that oral intercourse is performed, all of which increase the risk of throat cancer.
He also stated that if the problem is not detected for a longer period of time, it can lead to long-term complications such as jaw explicit. “To put it another way, maybe there’s a risk of jaw explicit,” he said.
