Soipan Martha is troubled after learning of her mother’s 15-year affair with her ex-husband.
The mother of one said her mother called her at 3 a.m., begging her to save her from her abusive husband.
She said I should help her because her (ex-) husband beat her. I had left him ten years before, but he admitted to having had a 15-year affair with her mother. Then she couldn’t deny it. This made me cry. Why would she?
After I took care of her and even sank into debt due to her treatment, my mother left my house and moved back in with my ex-husband,” she recalled, adding that she had since distanced herself from both but forgiven them.
Martha now seeks a new start, claiming she wishes to pay off her debts and leave the country.
