Farida Mahama, the daughter of ex-President John Mahama, made headlines this weekend when she attended her parents’ 30th wedding anniversary celebration.
Over the weekend, former President John Dramani Mahama and his wife Lordina Mahama celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary in Accra.
The couple presented a twin ward to the people of Bole and surrounding communities earlier this week in a colorful ceremony on Tuesday.
The Lordina Foundation Maternity and Children’s Ward is 865 square meters in size and has 45 beds, 10 baby cots, 5 weighing scales with height measurements, a Kangaroo Mother and Child Care Centre, a Delivery Room with two delivery beds, and a Recovery Ward.
The couple renewed their vows at the Assemblies of God church on Saturday morning.
