A video of a bride hopping on an okada after sitting in traffic for hours to get to her wedding venue has gone viral.
On her wedding day, a Nigerian bride was forced to take a motorbike due to traffic in Lagos.
In the video, the bride, dressed in a white wedding gown, can be seen alighting from a car, crossing the busy highway before arriving at an area where an Okada rider is waiting, hopping onto the bike, and riding away.
According to social media reports, the bride sat in a car for more than two hours, hoping that traffic would clear, but the gods of good fortune were not on her side.
Despite the stares of motorists and pedestrians, the bride remained firm and assisted herself onto the bike, leaving the car she was in stuck in traffic.
Many people found the incident amusing, while others thought it could have been avoided if the bride and groom had booked a hotel room close to the wedding venue.
