Bill Asamoah, a Kumawood actor, has responded to news that he was involved in a fatal accident a few days ago by saying it’s fake news and that we should disregard it.
Some news outlets reported a few days ago that actor Bill Asamoah was killed in a car accident, and he responded by saying it’s all fake news and that we should ignore any fear and panic they try to instill through his death.
In an interview about the alleged accident, Bill Asamoah stated that he was not involved in an accident as claimed and that he does not know what people seem to gain from spreading such false news that causes fear and panic among his loved ones fans across the country.
According to him, he takes such news calmly because he knows it’s all lies, but what concerns him is how seriously his family and close friends take it, as his phone has been buzzing with people trying to check up on him to see if he’s indeed dead due to an accident or not, and this concerns him greatly.
Some of these bloggers say all kinds of things just to get traffic, but then faking someone’s accident without considering how his/her family will react to the news is very bad and needs to be addressed because it’s not always about getting traffic but also about educating people.
