Two thieves who were caught outsmarting people in broad daylight had the most difficult task ahead of them: distilling dirty gutters in the area.
The thieves were caught stealing in a tight corner by residents, who made them clean the filthy gutters in the area where they were caught as a deterrent for others.
Instead of handing them over to the police, the residents chose to deal with the thieves in their own way, which appeared to be more difficult than even jailing them.
