An all-female prison’s transgender inmate who caused the pregnancies of two other prisoners To be with male convicts, he was relocated to a new institution in New Jersey.
The woman, who was actually a man, has been behind bars for 30 years for the murder of her former foster father.
After impregnating two other inmates at the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility in June, Demi Minor had to be transferred from that facility to the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility.
Minor, 27, claims that while being moved to GSCF, guards misgendered her, physically assaulted her, and even put her on suicide watch after she attempted to kill herself.
Minor stated in a post on her Justice 4 Demi blog that she was singled out by correctional officials, with one of them making fun of her when she sought to have a woman conduct a strip search.
She stated that she was beaten during the transfer in a different post.
She was briefly detained at the New Jersey State Prison, according to additional information from Instablog9ja, where the guards allegedly referred to her more than 30 times as “a man.”
She remarked that a guard once told her
“I have accepted that I am in a male facility but I have not accepted nor will I ever agree to or accept that I am anything other than a woman who happens to be transgender,” Minor wrote.
Minor said that her expulsion from Edna Mahan was a result of the events that took place more than two months earlier.
‘I don’t give a f*** what you do ….there is no camera here … everyone here is man including you.”
“They have violated my right to be safe and free from s£xual hara§sment, by putting me in one of the most violent youth correctional facilities,” she alleged.
