Gospel music trio, Daughters of Glorious Jesus (Cynthia Appiadu, Edna Sarpong, and Monica Owusu) have in an interview on Kindom plus Fm, advised ladies to desist from applying too many makeups as it is not right in the sight of God.
This advice of theirs was triggered by the recent comments that were passed by Evangelist Papa Shee over women in Christ applying makeup. speaking with Fiifi Pratt, they disclosed that though it is good to add make ups in enhancing one’s beauty, but as the saying goes too much of everything is bad the same way as overdoing makeups.
“You know what the Bible said you can eat more but too much of it is a sin, so, therefore, applying too much of makeup is actually bad, Sometimes you meet a lady with too many makeups and she looks like Jezebel in the bible,” said Daughters of Glorious Jesus.
“you might have pimples on your face and since you can’t just take it out you need to do makeup a little to cover it up so that you look good….Papa Shee might be right over what he said but he should not be arguing with the word of God”
