“They k!lled my father because he had video evidence of the police k!lling of four civilians” – Lady
Judith Naa Okanteye-Jackson, a young Ghanaian girl, took to social media to share photographs of a shooting incident that resulted in her father’s death on June 29th, 2021, for possessing evidence of the murders of four men by police hooligans.
The trigger-happy hooligans were paraded as Ghana Police officers and attacked her father’s house, according to Judith Naa Okanteye-tweet. Jackson’s They shot and killed the father because he had video proof on his phone of the police shooting of four people four months prior.
Background
There was a misunderstanding over land issues, according to Ghana’s official Twitter handle. In the Eastern Region’s Nsawam Adoagyiri constituency on April 27, 2021, several unknown armed individuals in police cars assaulted and murdered four villagers while wounding one other person over a land dispute.
The situation was reported to the member of parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri constituency, Hon. Frank Annor Dompreh, who is also the majority chief whip, according to Naa Okanteye-Jackson. However, in order to keep the case from making the news, they tracked down her father’s residence and shot him many times before killing him.
She went on to say that the country is now uninhabitable and hazardous to live in.
