youngest Ghanain poet and winner of the season 10 of TV3 talented kids Nakeeyat Dramani Sam in partnership with The Light Foundation has donated to the Teshie Children’s home for the upkeep of the orphans.
The gesture which also forms part of Nakeeyat birthday celebrations did not only end at the Teshie Children’s home but was also extended to some of the residents in communities such as La, Osu, and parts of Accra.
At the Children’s home, they distributed some face masks to the orphans to help fight the massive speed of the deadly Coronavirus pandemic. she again donated hot meals to the children together with over 200 parks of bottled water to their management.
At the end of the donation and as part of the vote of thanks, Nakeeyat expressed gratitude to all those who supported her, especially The Light Foundation for the partnership in making her birthday successful.
